A small traditional Greek island seaside village about 25 km to the north of Halkida on the west coast of central Evia. It is near a proposed National Park area and a short scenic drive from Dafni, a picturesque hamlet by the Gulf of Evia .
With its backdrop of mountains and sea views over the Evia Gulf this is a lovely quiet and relaxing location to stay in.

Politika is an increasingly popular destination for Greeks to enjoy their summer holidays in unspoilt surroundings. It has a long pebble beach with tavernas and cafes along it. It retains a traditional Greek village centre with its town square, narrow streets and local shops. The harbour has cranage facilities and is a potential stopping place for sailors exploring the region. There is a Venetian tower and a number of attractive churches.
