Many people forget , when buying a property overseas, for a long period of each year, they will not be living in their “place in the sun”.

This means that they will need someone to look after it when they are not in the country.

We offer a complete package for property owners

• Payment of utility charges – Electricity, water and telephone
• Payment of service charges (if an apartment)
• Collection of rentals (if rented out)
• Arrangement of repairs of electrical appliances, heating system etc.
• Maintenance of garden
• Periodic visit to the property to check everything is OK
• Cleaning (normally just prior to a visit by the owner)
• Preparation of annual tax return often a simple formality, but subject to a fine if you don’t get it in on time !

Basically we do anything that an owner would do , if he were permanently resident here.

Additionally , where clients purchase an older property that needs renovation , we often manage the project on their behalf

Most overseas clients , who have bought through us, still use our management service  - even down to managing their bank account over here !
