At Eviavillas we offer a fully comprehensive service , whether you are purchasing property as an investment or are looking for a summer or retirement home.

Our service starts when you first contact us. We are here to answer your questions - the purchase of property in a foreign country, albeit in the European Union in a stable currency such as the Euro, is a major decision . We can put you in touch with others who have already purchased here.

Arranging a visit is the next stage. There are a number of hotels in the locality. We can book you in and arrange collection from the airport. Once you have decided to purchase , we can find finance locally for you - Mortgages are available up to 70 % of the purchase value. Rates are currently about 4 to 5% .

We can undertake all the bureaucracy here - open a bank account, register ,find you a lawyer, attend the reading of the contract ( and sign on your behalf , if you wish). If it is a new property(see "build your own" if you are looking to buy a plot of land and build a villa), then we can arrange all the utility connections - water, electric , phone, purchase and install the electrical appliances, install fixtures(curtain rails etc) and even buy furniture and arrange delivery on your behalf ! Our aim is that you should not need to sign more than one piece of paper - we do all the rest !

And when you have your own "place in the sun" we are here to manage the property on your behalf - whether it's simply paying the bills or, if you want to rent it out , maintaining the property arranginging lets, collecting rentals and dealing with any tax issues.
